New Post – Male Befriending Men’s Worker

We are delighted that the Restore Management Committee has agreed to appoint a male Befriending Men’s Worker.  We are now recruiting for that post.

Male Befriending Men’s Worker (full time post with guaranteed funds for 12 months and then subject to funding)

£23,398 (based on NJC Scale 6, point 26)

The post-holder will support the service that Restore offers to refugee and asylum seeker men through befriending, social activities and advocacy.  The person appointed needs to be a motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and have experience of working with refugees, asylum seekers and volunteers.

Section 7 (2) (e) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies.
