What we do

Restore mentoring

We are grateful to our team of volunteers who join us in the training sessions of Restore’s ‘Equipping Refugees for Work’ course to facilitate small group discussions and offer one-to-one mentoring support.

Mentors meet with their mentee between sessions to go through the material, look at the optional homework or discuss issues relating to employment. Mentors engage in a range of activities: some help to edit CVs and job application forms, others accompany a refugee on their first visit to a Job Club and one has helped his mentee in the process of becoming self-employed.

Restore needs more mentors. Please click here to contact us for additional information.
