What did Restore achieve in 2025?

Looking back on 2025, we are very grateful to all our volunteers and supporters for helping make 2025 such a successful year! We reached our annual target for 50 befriending matches on December 22nd, meaning that there are now 127 ongoing befriending matches going into 2026!

452 refugees and asylum seekers (360 adults and 92 children) benefitted from our services in 2025.

One service user wrote, ““You’ve offered something priceless: the feeling of being welcomed. You have helped turn strangers into neighbours and new arrivals into community members,  reminding us what real compassion looks like. Thank you for helping people not only survive but belong.”

We are excited for 2026, to continue our work in helping refugees and asylum seekers to integrate into Birmingham.
