Restore Online Referral Form

• Step 1: Please complete the Referral form

• Step 2: After we receive a referral form, a Restore staff member will contact the asylum seeker or refugee to offer an initial meeting to register them, explain Restore’s services, start getting to know them and offer signposting.

• Step 3: The asylum seeker or refugee can attend our group social activities for men or for women which are held every two weeks.

• Step 4: If a suitable befriending match is found, there will an introductory matching meeting with a volunteer befriender, a Restore staff member and the asylum seeker or refugee to make the initial introduction and start the befriending.

• Step 5: The asylum seeker or refugee continues to meet fortnightly with the volunteer befriender for a minimum of 6 months with the option of continuing for longer, after a review.
